Proposals are valid for the period stated in the document. Scope, pricing and schedule are fixed in the contract, and material changes are agreed in writing before work continues.
Delivery dates depend on manufacturing schedules, logistics and site conditions. We report progress and risks throughout the engagement.
Equipment warranties are set out in the contract documents and are not affected by these terms.
