Scope. Standby generation, transfer switching and monitoring upgrades across a group of network facilities — for a confidential telecommunications operator.
Delivery. A repeatable site design was developed once and applied across the program. Each facility was surveyed, upgraded and tested to the same standard, with works scheduled around network operations.
Outcome. Each facility was handed over with its own test records and remote monitoring in place, giving the operator a consistent standard across the estate.
